1. All of our parcels are fully insured. In case of parcel lost (no tracking number appear in website within 7 days after purchase) , please allow us to make full claim report to courier service before we proceed to full refund. Normally, it will takes up to 21-30 days.
2. We will not refund under the case of cancel order, customer request and duplicate order. In case of approved transaction, money will be automatically go to user's credit in our webstore which can be used in next purchase.
3. Once the item ship out from our company and the tracking number appear in tracking website, it is customer's responsibility to follow the tracking number and receive the parcel as requested by courier service. If customer is not at home, and the parcel has return to us, please pay new postage charge of RM8 to proceed with parcel re-post.
4. We are not responsible for any damage during delivery if parcels were protected with full protection before leaving our premises. You can make a delivery complaint and claims by sending them to email@example.com.
